Dr. Sunil Chaturvedi is a distinguished hydro-geologist with over 35 years of expertise in water conservation and management, currently serving as Director of VIBHAVARI. He leads state-wide projects, advises agencies, and has authored acclaimed works such as Pani de Gud Dhani De, Kalichaat, and Visit Gareebi, earning awards like Vagheshwari and Ravindra Kaliya Smriti. His literary work Kalichaat was adapted into a film that won 22 national and international awards. He also co-developed VIHAN, a rural resource center for water, agriculture, and sanitation, and continues to play a transformative role in sustainable development and rural empowerment.

Dr. Sharma is a dedicated social worker and subject expert in training and capacity building, with over 21 years of experience at VIBHAVARI, where she has focused on natural resource management, sanitation, and sustainable livelihoods. She has authored several influential books and manuals, including Swachchta Pothi, Nirmal Sajal Ganv, Eka, and Bitiya Suno. As a co-developer of VIHAN (Village Institute of Human Advancement), she has contributed to the creation of demonstration units for water conservation, agriculture, and sanitation. Beyond her development work, Dr. Sharma is also a passionate writer, known for her poetry and social commentaries such as Pata Nahi, Film Banti Hai aur Banati Bhi Hai, and Koshisho Ki Diary.

Sunil Singh Baghel has been an active member of Vibhavari since its inception, contributing significantly to initiatives such as water conservation campaigns, promotion of organic farming, and rural awareness programs. Originally an Electrical Engineer by profession, he has also been associated with journalism for the past two decades, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and social insight. He is currently serving in a senior editorial position at Dainik Bhaskar, Bhopal, where he continues to influence public discourse and contribute to community development.
Through his work in social service and media, Mr. Baghel has amplified rural voices and advanced Vibhavari’s mission in sustainable development, water management, and eco-friendly farming. Committed to social change, he bridges the gap between policy and people to empower communities for lasting impact.

Kanishk Chaturvedi has been associated with Vibhavari since 2012, contributing his professional expertise to the organization’s growth and outreach. A marketer by profession, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing. At Vibhavari, he plays a key role in drafting and strategizing projects, ensuring that concepts are effectively translated into impactful plans. His work includes developing CSR pitch decks, presentations, and detailed reports that strengthen the organization’s collaborations with partners and stakeholders. With a strong background in marketing strategy and communication, Kanishk brings creativity, precision, and professionalism to every project, helping Vibhavari enhance its visibility and deliver greater social impact. His expertise helps organisation to explore new prospects and avenues where he leads to acquire projects from the agencies.

Ms. Sonali is the Finance Manager at Vibhavari, bringing with her over 14 years of rich experience in financial management. She holds a B.Com. (CA), an MSW, and an MBA, which provide her with a strong interdisciplinary foundation for managing the organization’s finances. At Vibhavari, she oversees financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and statutory compliance, while her expertise spans finalization of accounts, bookkeeping, and the formulation of financial and procurement policies. In addition, she contributes to financial planning, budgeting, and strategic management, thereby strengthening the organization’s governance and long-term sustainability.
